I give you (drum roll please).... A super quick and yummy trick to make your asparagus taste better than ever!
I am a huge fan of asparagus, and was taught to make it by brushing a little olive oil before baking in the oven. That was good. One day I was in a daring mood and thought I would try some Italian salad dressing instead of the oil. That was DELICIOUS! After lightly brushing with the dressing, I throw them in the oven and bake at 350 for about 12-13 minutes.
Yum! We are having asparagus tonight, I can't wait to try this! Ha ha, I loved the waffle fail... Happens to the best if us!
